This local, award-winning brewery opened its doors in 2012. With an array of traditional and non-traditional offerings, they have brewed over 70 styles of beer. The taproom is open Wednesday through Sunday and offers a menu of locally sourced food, wine & cider, as well as their own beers. In addition to the taproom, they are also a full-scale production brewery overseen by brewmaster and owner, Christopher Basso. Christopher is a graduate of both Boston University and the French Culinary Institute and began his brewing career at the Brooklyn Brewery. Since 2012, he has personally brewed or overseen the brewing of over 50 different styles of beer. With a culinary background, Christopher has a keen appreciation for the beautiful pairing of beer and food. He brings that appreciation to each and every recipe.
