84 Landscaping is a family landscaping business founded in 2006 by Jose and Monica Mozo. It started off as a small side project but blossomed into something more. As the company grew a larger customer base, it was no longer the side project Jose and Monica intended, so they both left their full time jobs to pursue this growing industry.

84 Landscaping provides ground and facility maintenance to both residential and commercial properties, including large corporations and condominiums. They provide their services to many parts of the Hudson Valley.

Some of the services they provide are: weekly lawn maintenance, clean-ups for the entire property, Hardscaping, and for the winter months we provide snow plowing.
